History: Kala is the full sibling of DWR Kaiser, though bred through a completely different breeder and without any contact between us and them. When we were made aware of that we set out to buy her in order to have a matching pair of show jumpers. They'll be quite adorable together!

Temperament: Very creative, Kala is fond of slipping in and out of trouble. She tries to boss around her younger brother Kai but he usually knows better than to listen. She's pushy and a total attention-seeker. Under saddle she's responsive when she feels like it and ornery otherwise. We're hoping she'll mellow as she ages.

Quirks: An absolute houdini, she can slip out of just about anything. Has a habit of inhaling when you try to tighten the girth on a saddle and leave it too lose to be rideable.
